Dr Jenny Wan
Dr Jenny Wan was Research Officer of the TRP from 1997 to 2007. During that time Jenny gained her doctorate with an analysis of customer loyalty among Hong Kong mobile cellular phone users. As a key member of the TRP research team, Jenny is a contributor to 'Telecommunications Development in Asia' (HKU Press, 2008). She is a specialist in survey design and analysis and in Web-based research.
